Bio

Astrid Casimire is a strategic communications specialist and writer from Trinidad and Tobago with over 10 years' experience in areas such as government communications, journalism, and digital marketing. She received a Bachelor's in Human Biology and a Master's in Communication from Stanford University. Her unique background in both science and communications allows her to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives, applying both an analytical mindset and a creative lens to her work.

She has written and produced communications for the Office of the Prime Minister, Twin Insider, Ins & Outs of Trinidad and Tobago, Trinidad Express Newspaper, The Stanford Daily, Alpha Medical, Bay City News and its partner website LocalNewsMatters.org. She currently serves a Government Communications Specialist at the Office of the Prime Minister. In her free time, she enjoys freelance writing, reading and learning more about her Catholic faith.
